So what is a telephone numbering plan? It is actually a plan of allotting intenational phone numbers between cellular carriers of the world and the points of different countries, territories and regions. There’s still a difference of international dialing codes and numbering plans. Or there is a closed numbering plan used in places like Canada or Australia. For closed plan it is supposed that there are local telephone numbers together with appointed length area codes.
